We believe in improving patient access to care you may not be able to get in your area therefore we offer e-Health visits from the convenience of your home with our licensed practitioner.

An integrative e-Health visit is done by either mailing, faxing or emailing the Initial Evaluation Form to the office. You may also include any health concerns or specific questions you may have.

Our board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and holistic health practitioner will review each case individually and make personalized recommendations . It is not done by a partially trained lab technician or nutritional supplement salesperson!

Your e-health visit treatment plan will be sent to you by mail, fax, or email.

Included will be supplement recommendations that you can purchase from our site or with passwords authorizing you to purchase them directly from the nutriceutical companies. These companies offer specialty products that are not sold to the general public.

Suggested lab test, and medication recommendations will be given. Any pertinent handouts on your condition will also be included.

We have contracts with labs nationwide if blood testing is indicated.

Cost

e-Health consultations are $45.00.
