Regular B12 (cyanocobalamin) must be converted to an active form, such as methylcobalamin, to be used in the body. Methylcobalamin is a cofactor for the enzyme methionine synthase, and is a key nutrient in both methylation and in regulating the synthesis of glutathione.
Each serving (1 lozenge) contains:
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 50 mg
Folic acid 400 µg
Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 3000 µg
Other ingredients: Fructose, mannitol, cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica, natural cherry flavor, raspberry flavor.
