Travacor Jr contains the amino acid theanine which has been widely studies for its ability to inhibit glutamate and produce a calming effect, as well as prevent over-stimulation. 5-HTP is included to support the production of serotonin. Taurine acts by enhancing the effects of GABA. TravaCor Jr is suggested for those with difficulty faling asleep or staying asleep, highly anxious individuals, and those with hyperactive tendencies. TravaCor Jr is the same popular formula as regular TravaCor but at 1/3 the dose.
