Ingredients per 3 capsules:
Vitamin A (retinyl) 10,000 iu
Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate, buffered) 500 mg
Vitamin K1 (phytonadione) 150 mcg
Bioflavonoids (from citrus) 500 mg
Ginger root 500 mg
Cranesbill root 200 mg
Greater periwinkle herb 200 mg
Yarrow flower 200 mg
Liferoot herb 200 mg
Shepard's purse herb 150 mg

Other ingredients: Vegetable cellulose and water.

Suggested use: Three capsules every three to four hours during heavy menstrual blood loss.   Up to six capsules may be taken daily for longer-term management.

This product contains no preservatives, binders, artificial colorings or flavorings, sucrose, glucose, starch, lactose, salt, corn, wheat, or milk derivatives.
