Physiologics SAMe 200 mg 30 tablets or S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) is involved in more than 35 biochemical reactions involving enzymatic transmethylation. Methylation is the process by which the body rids itself of compounds, synthesizes neurotransmitters, makes components of cartilage, regulates enzyme activity within the cell, and maintains the flexibility of cell membranes.

Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 1.2 mg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 0.84 mg

Other ingredients: Cellulose (Plant origin), Croscarmellose, Polymethacrylate, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Triethyl Citrate, Purified Stearic Acid, Citric Acid, Titanium Dioxide Color.  

Directions: For adults, we recommend taking two (2) tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach.   In order to obtain maximum benefits, SAM-e should be taken at least 30 minutes prior to a meal, or follow the advice of your health care professional.  

Keep this product out of the reach of children.  
Keep in a cool, dry place.  
Tamper resistant: Do not use if blister seal is cut, torn or broken.  Non-refrigerated.
