INGREDIENTS:
EACH TABLET CONTAINS:
Avena sativa 2X, Passiflora incarnata 2X,
Zincum valerianicum 4X, Coffea cruda 12X
0.6 mg each in a lactose base.
Lactose, magnesium stearate.

SUGGESTED USAGE:
Dosage: Adults (12 years and older): In general, 1 tablet to be dissolved in the mouth 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 3 more times.
Children (6 to 11 years): In general, 1 tablet 2 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times.
Young children (1 to5 years), in general, ½ tablet 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, ½ tablet every 15
minutes, up to 3 more times.
Infants (0-12 months): In general, ½ tablet 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, ½ tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times.

WARNINGS:
If symptoms persist or worsen a physician should be consulted. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing, seek the advice of a health care professional before using this product. Store tightly closed at controlled room temperature. Protect from light and moisture.
