Nervoheel 300mg by Heel is for the temporary relief of symptoms of stress including restlessness, insomnia, nervous tension, and stress due to PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome) and menopause; restlessness in children.

INGREDIENTS:
EACH TABLET CONTAINS: Magnesia carbonica 3X, Ignatia amara 4X, Phosphoricum acidum 4X, Sepia 4X 60mg each; Kali bromatum 4X, Zincum valerianicum 4X 30mg each in a lactose base, Magnesium stearate.

SUGGESTED USAGE:
Adults and Children above 6 years: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth three times daily or as directed by a physician. Infants and Children to 6 years: 1/2 the adult dosage.
