Ingredients: Omega-3 fatty acids [fish (anchovy, cod, salmon, sardine, tuna)], gelatin, glycerin, purified water, natural lemon flavor, rosemary, ascorbyl palmitate, and mixed tocopherols. Contains: fish (anchovy, cod, salmon, sardine, tuna).
WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
DIRECTIONS: Take one packet daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Each packet con-tains two multi tablets (green), two calcium/magnesium tablets (white), one choline softgel (opaque brown), two EPA-DHA softgels (opaque yellow), and one DHA softgel (opaque yellow).
WARNING: Excess vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 5000 IU of preformed vitamin A (retinyl acetate) per day.
CAUTION: If pregnant or nursing, or taking medication—including blood thinning medications—consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Do not use before surgery.
