Ingredients: Whey protein concentrate (milk, soy), fructooligosaccharides (FOS), micro-crystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (vegetable), lactoferrin, silica, maltodextrin, lactoperoxidase, and coating (water, hypromellose, medium chain triglycerides, and hydroxypropylcellulose).
