Ingredients: Fructose, L-arginine, citric acid, sorbitol, magnesium citrate, natural flavors, silica, xanthan gum, guar gum, L-glycine, annatto (color), folic acid, and L-5-methyl tetrahydrofolate.

DIRECTIONS: Take about two scoops (23 grams) with 6-8 ounces of water daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
