LeguGest 120 vcaps By Designs for Health is a blend of carbohydrate digesting vegetable enzymes is designed to improve digestion and tolerability of many healthful foods, particularly the legumes and crucifers that often produce flatulence. LeguGest contains alpha-galactosidase, as well as a suite of other carbohydrate and starch-digesting enzymes, all known to aid in the digestion of legumes such as kidney beans, black beans, lima beans, etc., as well as cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower. Start with one capsule with meals that contain these foods. Increase slowly if needed until no gas is produced after consumption of these foods.
