Amount per 2 Tablets:
Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) 250 IU
Calcium (as calcium citrate and calcium carbonate) 200 mg
Iodine (as potassium iodide) 80 mcg
Magnesium (as magnesium aspartate) 100 mg
Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus-castus) Berry Extract standardized to contain 0.5% agnusides 20 mg
Diindolylmethane (DIM®) (as Indolplex® brand blend) (soy) 14 mg
Other Ingredients: cellulose, modified cellulose, starch (corn), d-alpha tocopheryl succinate, titanium dioxide color, phosphatidylcholine, soy lecithin, silicon dioxide, and carnauba wax.
Recommendations: Take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets later in the day. If extra support is required, use 6 tablets. Take the product through the entire month.
Caution: Do not use if pregnant, nursing. If taking prescription drugs, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. Harmless changes in urine color may occur with use of this product.
