EndoPlus Jr. is now ENDOPLUS,same great formula, use only one spray for children. A sublingual liquid containing 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) and Suntheanine® (L-theanine) in an advanced liposomal formula that allows for rapid absorption when a calming or relaxing effect is needed. Theanine has been widely studied for its ability to produce a calming effect and prevent excess stimulation. Theanine promotes a relaxed state of mental alertness without drowsiness or loss of focus. It is postulated that theanine's calming effects are due to blocking glutamate activity, thereby dampening excessive excitatory neurotransmission. 5-HTP is included to support the production of serotonin.

Because of the addition or 5-HTP, EndoPlus will also address low serotonin. GABA is the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain and regulates neurotransmitter activity to prevent over-stimulation.  The theanine in EndoPlus enhances GABA function by inhibiting glutamate activity. EndoPlus can quickly reduce high neurotransmitter excretion. EndoPlus is used during the initial phase of neurotransmitter therapy to reduce catecholamine excretion prior to using therapies that support excitatory neurotransmitters.

Product Ingredients:
EndoPlus contains the amino acid theanine, which has been widely studied for its ability to provide a calming effect and prevent over-stimulation. These studies match observations by NeuroScience that theanine reduces PEA, norepinephrine, and epinephrine activity/turnover and urinary excretion.
EndoPlus also contains 5-HTP which will increase serotonin. Serotonin acts as a neuromodulator to enhance GABA function.
