Dr. Oz Recommended Supplements Checklist

Dr. Mehmet Oz, also known an Dr. Oz, a professor at Columbia University, television talk show host and cardiothoracic surgeon who appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show, is an advocate of natural supplements. He recommends that you should include these supplements in your must-have checklist.

1. Multivitamins

Ideally, we should get vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables. But if we can’t get them from our diet, Dr. Oz advise to getthem from multivitamins. According to a study, only 1% of the 3,000,000 people get enough vitamins from their diet. That’s why, it’s important to get multivitamins to avoid colon cancer, breast cancer and heart diseases.

2. Calcium

Calcium is an essential for health and strong set of teeth, bones, and muscles. When you take calcium supplements, you need to take magnesium supplements to avoid the negative effects of calcium and vitamin D for better absorption of calcium.

Tips

3. Vitamin D

 

Vitamin D or the sunshine vitamin helps the absorption of calcium. It is essential to our nervous system, muscles, blood vessels and immune system.
