Each capsule contains:
350 mg of the following dietary fiber sources:
Glucomannan
Carrot Powder
Celery Powder
Sodium Alginate
Citrus Pectin (high-methoxyl)
Apple Pectin (low-methoxyl)
Slippery Elm Powder

Other Ingredients:
gelatin (capsules)
silicon dioxide
magnesium stearate

Contains no yeast; corn; wheat; soya; sugar or other sweeteners; artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.

Suggested Use:
One to two capsules, one to three times daily as a dietary supplement, or as directed by physician. Take with plenty of liquids during meals. Capsules may also be opened and contents stirred into beverages or foods.
