INGREDIENTS:

SERVING SIZE: 1 teaspoon (Approx. 1.74g) SERVINGS PER CONTAINER: Approx. 130 AMOUNT PER SERVING: Calcium (Citrate) 250 mg
Natural Lemon juice flavor, Chamomile (flower). Free of yeast, wheat gluten, soy protien, milk or dairy, corn, sodium, sugar, starch, artificial coloring, preservatives or flavors.

SUGGESTED USAGE:
Mix 1 teaspoon in 4 ounces or more of hot water until dissolved. Add cold water or fruit juice to suit taste. Start with 1 teaspoon a day and if advised by physician, increase up to 3 teaspoons a day. If diarrhea occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician. Product can be consumed throughout the day, with or without meals. Natural sweeteners may be added to suit your taste.
